Rescheduling, Refunds and Cancellations

PRIVATE TUTORING:

A session is automatically cancelled if students are more than 10 minutes late. 

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time; after this point no further changes will be made. 

Rescheduled classes must occur within 7 calendar days to avoid cancellation.

All cancellations and no shows are non-refundable.

YOUTH AND ADULT PLANS:

If at any point you choose to cancel your subscription, please contact us to do so prior to your due date. Any cancellations made after that date will not be refunded.

DAILY/WEEKLY DROP-IN:

This service is non-refundable.

SUMMER PROGRAM:
This service is non-refundable.

 

HOLIDAY CLASSES:

This service is non-refundable.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION:

In the unlikely/unfortunate event that you need to cancel or postpone your celebration, you will be issued a credit of the amount originally paid, less a 25% booking fee, in the form of a coupon. Credit is valid for three (3) months from the initial date booked.

LIVE VIRTUAL TRIPS:

Live virtual trips are non-refundable unless the event has been cancelled by the Instructor.
